As salamu allaiqum
Namaz perna k liya paak saaf jaga hona bohat zaroore ha . agar jaga pak saaf nahi howi to namaz nahi hogee. Allah tala quran pak main namaz k liya jaga ki paki ka bare main farmate ha
(6) اور جب ہم نے کعبہ لوگوں کے لیے عبادت گاہ اور امن کی جگہ بنایا (اور فرمایا) مقام ابراہیم کو نماز کی جگہ بناؤ اور ہم نے ابراھیم اور اسماعیل سے عہد لیا کہ میرے گھر کو طواف کرنے والوں اور اعتکاف کرنے والوں اور رکوع کرنے والوں اور سجدہ کرنے والوں کے لیے پاک رکھو

(81) اور جب ہم نے ابراھیم کے لیے کعبہ کی جگہ معین کر دی کہ میرے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ کراور میرے گھر کو طواف کرنے والوں اور قیام کرنے والوں اور رکوع و سجود کرنے والوں کے لیے پاک رکھ
( سورة الحج , Al-Hajj, Chapter #22, Verse #26)

Namaz padhnay waalay ki jagah ki saat{7} shartay hai.
{Pehli Shart} Woh jagah ehtiyaat e wajib kay bina par mubah ho.
{854} Jo shakhs ghazbi jagah par namaz padh rahaa ho agarche woh khud qaaleen, takht ya isi tarah ki doosri cheez par ho, ehtiyaat e laazim ki bina par uski namaz baatil hai. Lekin ghasbi chat kay neechay aur ghazbi khaimay talay namaz padhnay may koyi haraj nahi hai.

{855} Aisi jagah namaz padhna jis ki manfa-at kisi aur ki milkiyat ho to manfa-at kay maalik ki ijaazat kay bagahair wahaa par namaz padhna ghazbi jagah kay namaz padhnay kay hukum may hai. Masalan kiraaye kay makaan may agar maalik makaan ya koyi aur shakhs kiraayedaar ki ijaazat kay baghair namaz padhay to ehityaat ki bina par uski namaz baatil hai.

{857} Agar koyi shakhs kisi aisi jagah par namaz padhay jis kay ghazb honay ka isay ilm na ho aur namaz kay baad usay pata chalay ya aisi jagah namaz padhay jis kay ghazb honay ka woh bhool gaya ho, aur namaz kay baad usay yaad aaye to us ki namaz sahi hai. Lekin koyi aisa shakhs jis nay khud woh jagah ghazb ki ho aur woh bhool jaaye aur wahaa namaz padhay to uski namaz ehtiyaat ki bina par baatil hai.

{858} Agar koyi shakhs jaanta ho kay yeh jagah ghazbi hai aur us may tasarruf haraam hai lekin usay yeh ilm na ho kay ghasbi jagah par namaz padhnay may ishkaal hai aur woh wahaa namaz padhay to ehtiytaat kay bina par uski namaz baatil hai.

{859} Agar koyi shakhs wajib namaz sawari ki haalat may padhnay par majboor ho aur sawaari ka janwar ya uski zeen ya naal ghazbi ho to ehtiyaat e wajib ki bina par us ki namaz baatil hai aur agar us jaanwar par sawaari ki haalat may mustahab namaz padhna chaahay to uski namaz ka bhi yehi hukum hai.

{860} Agar koyi shakhs kisi jaahedaad may doosray kay saath shareek ho aur us ka hissa juda na ho to apnay shraakatdaar ki ijaazat kay baghair woh jaahedaad par tasarruf nahi kar sakta aur us par namaz padhna bhi ehtiyaat e wajib ki bina par baatil hai.

{861} Agar koyi shakhs koyi aisi raqam say jaahedaad khareeday jis ka khums us nay ada na kiya ho jab kay souday may raaje tareeqa e kaar kay mutaabiq, qeemat apnay zimmay lay li ho to jaahedaad may tasarruf karna us kay liye halaal hai aur woh shakhs ada shuda qeemat kay khums ka maqrooz hoga. Lekin agar woh ain usi maal say jaahedaad khareeday jis par khums wajibul ada tha to haakim e sharaa ki ijaazat kay baghair us ghar may tassarruf haraam aur ehtiyaat e wajib ki bina par us jagah namaz baatil hai.

{862} Agar kisi jagah ka maalik zubaan say namaz padhnay ki ijaazat day aur insaan ko ilm ho kay woh dil say raazi nahi hai to us ki jagah par namaz padhna jaaez nahi hai aur agar ijaazat na day lekin insaan ko yaqeen ho kay woh dil say raazi hai to namaz padhna jaaez hai.

{863} Jis marhoom nay zakaat aur us jaisay maali waajibaat ada na kiye ho to us ki jaahedaad may koyi aisa tasarruf karna jo waajibaat ki adaayegi may maanay na ho masalan us kay ghar may namaz padhna, wurasaa ki ijaazat say jaaez hai. Isi tarah agar qarzdaar ka qarz adaa kar diya jaaye ya koyi apnay zimmay lay lay ya itni miqdaar judaa kar li jaaye to baaqi jaahedaad may aisa tasarruf karna bhi jaaez hai jo us jaahedaad ko talf kar day.

{Chouthi Shart} Jis jagah insaan namaz padhay uski chat itni neechi na ho kay seedha khada na ho sakay aur na hi woh jagah itni mukhtasar ho kay ruku aur sajday ki gunjaaish na ho.

{872} Agar koyi shakhs kisi aisi jagah par namaz padhnay par majboor ho jahaa bilkul seedha khada hona mumkin na ho to us kay liye zaruri hai kay baith kar namaz padhay aur agar ruku aur sujood adaa karnay ka imkaan na ho to un kay liye sar say ishaara karay.

{Chatti Shart} Ehtiyaat e laazim ki bina par zaruri hai kay aurat mard say kam say kam itna peechay khaday ho kay us kay sajda karnay ki jagah sajday ki haalat may mard kay do zaanu kay baraabar faaslay par ho.
{874} Agar koyi aurat mard kay baraabar ya aagay khadi ho aur dono bayak waqt namaz padhnay lagay to ehtiyaat e wajib ki bina par zaruri hai kay namaz ko dobaara padhay. Yehi hukum hai agar ek doosray say pehlay namaz shuru kar day.

{875} Agar mard aur aurat ek doosray kay baraabar khaday ho ya aaurat aagay khadi ho aur dono namaz padh rahay ho lekin dono kay darmiyaan deewaar ya parda ya koyi auar aisi cheez haail ho kay ek doosray ko na dekh sakay ya un kay darmiyaan dus {10} haath say ziyaada faasla ho to dono ki namaz sahi hai.

{878} Ehtiyaat e wajib yeh hai kay ikhtiyaar ki haalat may khaanay kaaba kay andar aur us ki chat kay upar wajib namaz na padhi jaaye. Lekin majboori ki haalat may koyi ishkaal nahi hai.

{879} Khaanay Kaaba kay andar aur us kay chat kay upar naafela namaz padhnay may koyi haraj nahi hai balki mustahab hai kay Khaanay Kaaba kay andar har rukn kay muqaabil do {2} rakat namaz padhi jaaye.

WOH MAQAAMAAT JAHAA NAMAZ PADHNA MUSTAHAB HAI

{883} Masjid may ziyaada jaana aur is masjid may jaan jahaa log bahut kum namaz padhnay aatay ho mustahab hai aur agar koyi shakhs masjid kay pados may rehta ho aur koyi uzar bhi na rakhta ho to is kay liye masjid kay alaawa kisi aur jagah namaz padhna makrooh hai.

{886} Agar koyi shakhs logo ki rahguzar par namaz padh raha ho ya koyi aur shakhs us kay saamnay khada ho to namazi kay liye mustahab hai kay apnay saamnay koyi cheez rakh lay aur agar woh cheez lakdi ya rassi ho to bhi kaafi hai.
